Embroidery Services

Embroidery is at the heart of what we do — clean, durable stitching for company logos, names, monograms, and custom designs.

Before production begins, we review your artwork and confirm sizing, placement, and stitch requirements — so finished garments look consistent from the first piece to the last. There's no minimum order for embroidery, whether you need one shirt or hundreds.

DTF Heat Transfer Printing

Need full-color artwork, detailed graphics, or a design that isn't suited for embroidery? Direct-to-film printing provides vibrant full-color decoration with flexible placement across a variety of garments.

DTF is a great choice for

Each transfer is applied with controlled heat and pressure for proper adhesion and durability when cared for per recommended washing instructions. No fixed minimum — larger quantities may qualify for volume pricing.

Product availability, decoration methods, minimum quantities, pricing, and turnaround vary by item. Some products are sourced or decorated through trusted production partners — we'll review the options with you during the quoting process.

Artwork & setup

Good results start with good artwork.

Before we produce your order, we may need to prepare your artwork for embroidery or printing. Setup is a one-time fee per design, and digitized files are kept on file for future reorders.

Embroidery Digitizing
Starts at $35

Converts your artwork into a stitch file before it can be sewn. A one-time setup fee per design, not per order — your file is retained for future reorders. Large or highly detailed designs may require additional digitizing.

DTF / Print Setup
$35 — $75+

Pricing depends on how much preparation your artwork needs.

  • $35 Standard — minor resizing, layout adjustments, color checks, print-ready artwork
  • $50 Moderate — artwork cleanup, minor vector work, multi-element layouts, gang sheet planning
  • $75+ Complex — significant cleanup, low-resolution artwork, artwork recreation, multiple revisions, large or complex layouts
Monograms & Text-Only
$15 setup

Covers font selection, sizing, and placement confirmation for simple text and monogram designs.

Name Personalization
$5 per garment

Adding individual names to uniforms, team apparel, or employee clothing — no setup fee. Priced per item based on machine time; your personalization info can be retained for future orders. Specialty fonts, unusual placement, or custom formatting may require additional pricing.

Text should be converted to outlines or curves whenever possible. Web images and low-resolution artwork may need additional cleanup, and we'll let you know before production if that applies. Don't have print-ready artwork? That's okay — send us what you have and we'll let you know what can be done.

We believe ordering custom apparel should be straightforward.

No minimum order.

DTF Printing

No fixed minimum. Volume pricing may be available for larger orders.

Promotional Products

Minimum quantities may apply, depending on the product, supplier, and decoration method. We'll let you know before production begins.
